Trouble setting up your user name & password
Please note the following:
User names are case sensitive - this means if you apply with a user name such as AnneFerrari, then when entering the site typing anneferrari will not work.
If you place a space in your user name like this: Anne Ferrari, then the web software will automatically insert an underscore in the user name thus: Anne_Ferrari. You will need to enter the underscore instead of a space in order to successfully obtain access to the register.
If you use any non alpha-numeric character in your user name, for instance using your email address like this: 'Anne.Ferrari@hotmail.com', then the web software will likewise automatically insert an underscore for every non alpha-numeric character in the user name thus: 'Anne_Ferrari_hotmail_com'. You will need to enter the underscore instead of non alpha-numeric characters in order to successfully obtain access to the register. Note that it is simpler to follow the directions above in red type: Note: User name and password are case sensitive and should contain no spaces. Please use only letters and/or numbers.
