Binocular Development

Ribbon and Bead kit (Illustr) £3.50

(for binocular vision practice) with instructions

Far nicer than the usual grubby bit of string. For problems with convergence and suppression.

Patching Glasses set (Illustr) £9.00

(3 frames with 3 sets lenses and screen divider)

A simple and robust kit. The 'nose card' (screen divider) is the tool for developing binocular balance. Invented by Peter, perfected by Julie (of course), acclaimed at the 1996 International conference and now endorsed by Meir Schneider et al.

The patch glasses are useful for working with individual eyes and as part of a programme to develop binocular balance. The occluding lens prevents forward vision, while allowing a reasonable peripheral field for better integration. The 'lenses' are black (total occlusion) fogged (obscure to vision but passing light) tinted (mildly inhibiting).

Binoscopes

We are hoping to produce some professional quality binoscopes shortly - if interested call Peter for a progress report. Anticipated cost £40-50
