What about 'lazy eyes' & squints?
The ability of the eyes to work together can often be radically improved by subtle and effective techniques based on relaxation and brain integration. Modern teachers apply Dr Bates' principles of relaxation and central fixation to binocular problems in a variety of ways and frequently also use new techniques adapted from kinesiology &c. Although it is often stated by optometrists and doctors that these problems cannot be rectified unless treatment is given early in life, Bates teachers have recorded many remarkable successes at all stages of life.
